I have always believed that the Earth's resources are finite, but human ingenuity and effort can help them create far-reaching value. Ying Chang is built on chemical processes and engineering technology — from understanding raw-material characteristics to refining reaction, purification and crystallisation. We put care into every process so that each material can reach its full potential, providing industry with stable, reliable products.
Along the way I have come to understand deeply that trust is earned through practice, day after day. Quality requires rigorous control, and promises must be kept faithfully; when problems arise, they call for honest communication and proactive solutions. I expect the Ying Chang team to put these beliefs into every production run, every delivery and every partnership, so that customers can rely on us and partners want to walk alongside us for the long term.
Only through sound management can a company keep investing in R&D, upgrading its equipment, developing its people and looking after employees and their families. We value the results our business has achieved, and care even more about turning them into a force that supports the company's growth and gives back to society, so that Ying Chang's development carries a longer-lasting meaning.
My mother's teaching — "When you have a bowl of rice, don't forget to save a mouthful for those in need" — has always stayed in my heart. I believe care can begin in everyday life: in the spirit of "small acts of kindness sow seeds of blessing," from treating the people around us well and cherishing every resource to doing our part for society, so that goodwill lives on through action.
With the completion of our second plant, Ying Chang enters a new stage of development. We will keep deepening our engineering capabilities and improving product quality, exploring new possibilities for materials together with our customers and partners. However large the company grows, we will hold fast to our founding spirit of integrity, professionalism and care.
